Services of the Dispatch Loft
SkyHi Crew Services Limited sources, vets and dispatches cabin crews, deck officers and technical staff to carriers and fleet operators across Asia. Six services run on one board, from credential checks to a live dispatch desk.
The Six Duty Lines
Every service below is a working line of the loft, not a brochure page. A rotation can enter at any line and leave only once every credential is cleared, every roster is closed and a dispatch officer owns the operating window. The six lines cover both the air and the sea, because a crew shortage delays a departure whether the vessel flies or floats.

Cabin Crew Placement
Cabin Crew Placement matches flight attendants to carriers running regional and long-haul networks across Asia. We start from the service grade the operator needs, then screen for language pairs, safety training, grooming standards and route familiarity. Candidates face an interview against live service procedures rather than a generic question set, so the operator meets people who can work the cabin on day one.
Once a placement is agreed, we handle the paperwork that sits behind it, including references, medical records and recurrent training dates. The loft keeps a placement file for every crew member so that a later roster check can trace exactly why a person was put forward. This is how Cabin Crew Placement keeps its promises specific rather than general.

Deck Officer Manning
Deck Officer Manning supplies masters, chief mates, watch keepers and navigation officers to fleet operators moving cargo and passengers through the South China Sea and beyond. We confirm sea time, certificate class and watch eligibility for every officer before a name reaches a vessel. Ticket types and tonnage limits are matched to the ship the officer will actually join.
Because marine crew changes often happen on tight port windows, our desk plans the joining and leaving sequence around the vessel schedule. We coordinate travel, medical checks and handover notes so a new officer reaches the bridge with the information needed to take the watch. Deck Officer Manning exists to make those transitions uneventful.
Line R-103
Technical Staff Sourcing
Technical Staff Sourcing places marine engineers, avionics technicians, maintenance hands and systems specialists with carriers and fleet operators. We shortlist against the exact equipment list each operator runs, from engine types to navigation suites, so a new hire does not spend the first shift learning hardware that a better match already knows.
Our sourcing bench maintains a standing pool of technical staff at several experience levels, which lets us respond to both planned expansions and sudden gaps. Each candidate carries a skills note that records the systems they have signed off on, so the operator can judge fit quickly. Technical Staff Sourcing is the line that keeps maintenance and engineering rotations staffed.
Line R-104
Credential and License Checks
Credential and License Checks verify every ticket, medical certificate, background record and training certificate against the registers that matter to each operator. We do not accept a photocopy at face value; each record is confirmed at source or against an authoritative register, and the result is filed with the date of the check.
Because credentials expire, our desk re-checks records on a fixed cycle and notifies the operator whenever a status changes. Operators receive a clean audit trail that shows which crew lines were cleared, when, and by whom. Credential and License Checks is the line that lets a carrier answer an audit without scrambling for paperwork.
Line R-105
Roster and Rotation Planning
Roster and Rotation Planning builds duty patterns that respect rest rules, route demand and crew preference. Our planners map each rotation against the crew pool, flag the lines likely to run thin, and publish a closed board well before the first sign-on. A closed roster carries real names and real duty patterns, never placeholders.
We plan forward across peak travel seasons and cargo surges, so operators can lock crew numbers early instead of reacting to a late schedule change. The planner works alongside the verification desk, which means a roster line is only published once its credentials are cleared. Roster and Rotation Planning is where the loft turns a crew request into a working schedule.
Line R-106
Dispatch Desk Support
Dispatch Desk Support keeps a live line open through each operating window, handling swaps, delays, illness and short-notice cover. When a rotation shifts, a desk officer rebalances the crew board and confirms the replacement before the operator has to ask. The desk holds the operating rules as hard limits and refuses a swap that would breach required rest.
The dispatch desk is also the operator single point of contact. One call reaches the person who owns the rotation, not a queue or a ticket system. That continuity is what keeps coverage complete from the first sign-on to the last sign-off. Dispatch Desk Support is the line that makes the other five hold together.
